DBlack, the Ghana Bwoy as he is known put up a town shaking concert late last year dubbed "Yess Boss Concert".
The concert attracted a large number of celebrities and even a larger number of fans, who were willing to spend a lot to see artistes like Mo Cheddah, Duncan Mighty, the Obianuju Man and Darey Art Alade , the sensational ‘Ko Ma Roll’ hit-maker all from Nigeria.
On the bill from Ghana were some of 2011’s most exciting artists hands down from D-Black to Sarkodie, R2Bees, Dr. Cryme, Stay Jay, Tiffany, Kwaw Kese, Trigmatic, Raquel, Gasmilla, Efya, Bradez, Joey B, Chase, Yaw Siki, Bitta Swit, X.O Senavoe, Edem apparently Dee Moneey of Kpokpo O Body fame.
Dee Money, one of the artistes slated to perform at the show was NOT on stage that night because he was taken off the list. No official information was given about the incident and what led to the Dee Moneey not performing.
However rumor reaching me from legit and reliable sources has it that Dee Moneey has fallen out of favour with DBlack and has together with his producer Gafacci, parted ways from DBlack's record label, Black Avenue Music.
My sources have it that this is due to another label wanting to sign on Dee Moneey.
The story is still developing and no official word has been heard from Dee Moneey, DBlack or Black Avenue Musik.
Keep watching this space for more information as the story develops
